Pastors Rory and Pam Frink have been happily married for 26 years and have a passion to serve the Lord and see people’s God given talents develop. They enjoy helping others and have always had a heart for children. Pam knew by age 9 that she wanted to adopt, foster and have a lot of kids at the Thanksgiving table. They are in the process of their 5th (and possibly 6th) adoption and to date have had 25 Foster children. They also have a 25 year old daughter, married with 2 children, living in Tracy.
As the family continued to grow they realized that this was truly a calling from God and in 2004 purchased and moved into the old Shepherd’s Gate house in Livermore.
They founded a non-profit ministry, Heart-N-Hand For Kids Inc. to provide an atmosphere of growth, spiritually, emotionally and physically for Foster children that have experienced neglect, abuse and have missed out on many life skills and experiences. The desired outcome of the home is to heal children from the brokenness and rejection in their lives. To help them break out of the cycles of poverty, abandonment and abuse and become functioning adults able to love and care for others.
